Eddeva Park is a new-build residential development on Fulbourn Road, Cambridge, delivering around 80 high-quality homes with associated parking, landscaping, and public realm works. The scheme is led by This Land Limited and forms part of their wider sustainable growth strategy for Cambridge. The project is being delivered under a Construction Management route to maintain control over quality, programme, and cost.
Gen2Tek provided integrated technical leadership and regulatory compliance support, acting across multiple roles during the design and pre-construction phases. As Design & Technical Manager, we led consultant coordination, design management, and Stage 4 delivery across architectural, structural, fire, and MEP disciplines. In our role as Principal Designer for Building Regulations under the Building Safety Act 2022, we maintained regulatory oversight, design compliance tracking, and change control aligned with current legislation.
